Some Updates

Badruddin pushed himself to tackle the Jabor route after coming back from the KB trip. The hilly route is a killer, plus without proper warming up resulted in muscle strain. The symptom is regarded as a sign of appendicitis and as a result Bad was admitted to the hospital for a few days.

The only good thing is that Bad at last lose some weight. Hehe

Then he attempted the Kuantan Century Ride route and succeeded. Shahir choose not to ride as his bike is still in bad condition. He keep on excercising by swimming though.

As for me, now I can walk more than 5km again. Weight loss had been minimal but waist had gone down quite considerably. Even diet can't quite accelerate the weight loss. Perhaps my body easily switches to low metabolism mode.

That's all for now. Wait for some good new from us soon.

Tripod Hack II

Because we shoot with micro-budget, so there's no money to buy a proper rig for the camera. So, once again the tripod is (ab)used to achieve stability when shooting. One of the leg is rested on shoulder while the other two leg can be held. The center column is rested on the stomach for added stability hence the nickname 'perut cam'.

Stopover in Kerteh

After assesing traffic and bike condition, we decided to dissamble the bike and head back to Kuantan by car. The lobg weekend made the road extra busy and deemed to dangerous to cycle back. Driving back via the still unfinished LPT2 is such a different experience compared to the slow and steady pace we did over four days. But then we didn't push all the way to Kuantan but stopver in Kerteh as a coutesy to our host.

p/s: We did some shopping at Jaafar Rawas before leaving KB! :D
